Administrator
We have a great opportunity that we are currently recruiting for at our Leamington Spa office, to join our Operations Team as an Administrator. This role is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to a team of advisers and paraplanners. The role is focused on client service and client retention, ensuring that our promises to clients are delivered. With traditional mailing and telephone calls, the role holder will ensure that clients are offered their regular financial reviews and maintain the client records system to enable swift and accurate management information is available to Senior Managers.
Qualifications
Essential
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including Maths and English)
Desirable:
- Diploma Level Qualified
- Attainment of or studying towards CII, Chartered Status, RO exams or qualifications equivalent.
Principle Objectives and Responsibilities include the following, other objectives may be assigned
- Establish contact with clients and gather sufficient information needed to enable the delivery of agreed services.
- Day to day management of client contact strategy to deliver client reviews.
- Preparation and production of client mailings related to review services.
- Processing of response forms and liaising with advisers to ensure clients are reviewed as agreed.
- Preparation and production of Review Meeting Packs including Valuations
- Undertaking large scale data cleansing exercises, cash audits or other centralised activities
- Adhere to all company process and procedures.
- Complete all documentation for the review process in a thorough and conscientious manner.
- Maintain client records on Intelligent Office to ensure they are up to date and accurate and in line with company standards.
- Be aware of limits of authorisation, in particular, know when to refer queries to a suitably qualified individual.
- Be adequately prepared for regular and annual review meetings with supervisor.
- Promote professional behaviour by demonstrating courtesy and respect to all colleagues and following the Company’s equality and diversity policy at all times.
- Ensuring health and safety policies are observed.
- Completion of other reasonable duties, as defined by the Senior Management Team.
Knowledge Required
- Knowledge of the financial planning market including products and services.
- Working knowledge of FCA Rules, Guidance Notes and Commitments that apply to the job role.
- 1 year plus experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment.
