The Role

We have a great opportunity that we are currently recruiting for, to join our Client Services Team which can be based in any office but ideally in the North. This is an opportunity to join our new operating model, responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to a team of advisers. The role supports our Advisers in engaging clients on ongoing service programmes.  The role is focused on client service and client retention, ensuring that our promises to clients are delivered.

For corporate clients we provide advice on engaging employees through the provision of group risk, protection, and other employee benefit solutions.
