Graeme Crozier, an Independent Financial Adviser in Wren Sterling’s Glasgow Office has scooped Unbiased’s Excellence Award in its annual Trusted Professional Award.
Graeme was nominated for the award by some of his clients who praised his “patience, attention to detail and empathy with clients’ situations”. Graeme said:
“One client who nominated me for this award came to Wren Sterling because another adviser didn’t take the time to get to know her and what she needed properly. She needed a bit of time spending with her and we recommended a solution which took a lot of financial pressure off the family.”
Nick Moules, Wren Sterling’s Head of Marketing, added:
“Unbiased gives people a way into financial advice. For many of the 240 people who have become Wren Sterling clients through Unbiased in the last five years, this is the first time they’ve worked with a financial adviser, so Graeme’s approach is the blueprint for us.
People need to feel listened to and although they often come to us looking for something transactional like pension advice or investment advice, what we find they really want is peace of mind and confidence that their finances have direction and that they’re being guided by an expert, like Graeme.”
