Wren Sterling completes acquisitions in Scotland and West Midlands and gains 860 clients
The Wren Sterling Group has started 2023 with the completion of two acquisitions, Active Wealth Management and HB&O Financial Services, resulting in 860 clients and £330m in assets joining the national financial planning business.
The two transactions add to the three deals already completed since the start of 2022.
Wren Sterling will deliver important enhancements to its business this year covering brand, proposition and operating model designed to improve the client experience and drive organic growth as well as continuing its successful targeted acquisition strategy. It has also recently launched its newly acquired DFM as an attractive investment option for its clients.
