David Baker

David joined Wren Sterling in 2024 having previously been a Howe Maxted Group Director since 2015. David’s distinguished career in financial services includes various senior management positions within global financial institutions and chartered financial planning practices – his expertise embracing a range of business disciplines from operations oversight, proposition development and financial management, through to regulatory compliance and distribution strategy.

Outside of work David enjoys golf, walking, & cycling … if only to justify his indulgence in fine wines!

David is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, an associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and the Personal Finance Society (APFS).
